Just cause you have an unruly customer doesn’t mean you stand up and berate/cuss out the entire room on some “this why we can’t have nice things” c00n shyt.

If it’s getting too rowdy you turn the music down/change the music vibe and you address that customer directly.

shyt man, they were blasting Love Sosa in my footlocker the last time I went in there and people were calmly shopping for shoes still. I was looking like I never thought I’d hear this song in a store like this but it’s whatever. They blast that kind of music in most of the stores in the mall but I don’t see people twerking.
