Yeah I was wondering about this, why would he borrow a lawnmower, doesn't he live in an apartment??

That scene is general was weird, was that a figment of Woody's imagination? Was it a dream sequence? Rusty doesn't even like to socialize, that scene was weird as fukk. Especially the whole "nobody mows my lawn, nobody".

That was a double hint form the writers: The first hint was that Woody's insecurity will ultimately fukk up his life for the entire series and shows he is the worst hypocrite and person on the show

The second hint is that quote is a call back to the Woody Harrelson movie "kingpin" where he screams after punching a dude "YOU DON'T MOW ANOTHER GUY'S LAWN!!!!"

It only works because Woody plays his role so well and ofcourse MM absolutely kills it as Rust.
I mean only 3 episodes and I cant even imagine anyone playing Rust.

The reason Russ didn't catch up on him is because Woody starting the car horn and distracting him from questioning the guy. Russ had him but Woody messed it up .

I think Woody actually knows the killer. I actually think Woody made up the "nobody mows my lawn" scene and is dropping an early hint to the investigators. Of course I'm just saying this because its weird that in the same episode we see the "nobody mows my lawn" argument, the killer is found mowing someone's lawn.

Just realized the dude who directed this also directed Sin Nombre which is a dope ass foreign flick. Both share great cinematography.

Must watch film but it's all subtitles if you don't understand Spanish.

I was thinking who the fukk talks like this, but then I get it. Someone who has basically seen some shyt and been through some shyt. As a father, losing a child is pretty dramatic. Matthew plays his character so well.
