I usually like to wait for a show to complete 2 seasons & running under it's belt before I jump in.

Such a great fukking show. McConaughey the gawd (I never thought I'd say that about him, but he's a damn good actor). Woody Harrelson too. How the fukk did they get such big stars for an HBO show
Nobody is fukking with HBO at this point, not even movies.
I've been saying this for years, but current TV > Current Movies (by a long shot). You can just delve that much deeper into a story during a 12 hour show than a 2 hour movie. Movies are dying. Long live TV

Episode felt a little scattered but closed very nicely. My man came out in a Killzone Hell Ghast mask and draws all scatter tatted like my G from Memento. I caint wait.

breh, you haven't seen her titties yet?? honest to god they might be the best pair of titties I've ever seen in my life.
Rust was just using it to emphasize his point about everybody thinking they're "somebody."
But for the viewers and 2012 detectives, I think it's another red herring meant to make us think Rust is the killer - it underscores the fact that Rust is artistic (so is the killer...they both draw, too) and that he keeps a knife (the victims were stabbed). Add that to his ranting about religion (the killings were meant to represent some sort of religious message) and how he could tell victims were grateful in their last moments of life (as well as him talking about his hallucinations and drug addiction the last episode), and you can see why the 2012 detectives think he's the killer.
I still don't think he is, though
but it IS fascinating how much he has in common with him
yall remember when woody's wife called mcconaughey? From the conversation it seemed like he basically told her that he wanted her and not the chick he went on a date with, and she looked like she was kinda into it.. I dunno, maybe I was reading too much into that. Matthew said something like "Because I know what I want and I'm not afraid to be alone" it seemed like he was saying he wanted her. Or maybe he was just saying he wasn't looking for a relationship and didn't care about getting into one.
I've been watching this show like crazy and not once did I think my coli fam was on it too

if I'm not mistaken, this statement came after he talked about the job ripping families apart and changing men for the worse
he's pretty much saying he doesn't want to live a lie….this is reflected by his stance against organized religion and then personal relationships
