TV finally realized they could tell mature, intricate, long stories. You figured with the success of Roots they would have learned quicker.

I think HBO is to thank for the renaissance of TV. Oz and the Sopranos got it going. That Band of Brothers series by Spielberg and Hanks was a damn masterpiece.

Feel the same way. In fairness, the first half of the series was just :mindblown: It's like they needed to bring us back down a little and build up to the climax.

I'm expecting the finale to be off the charts though. :lupe:

I really liked these last two episodes. They aren't as action packed but considering its a one season show getting to see how both Rust and Marty got older and dealt with the mistakes they made in their youth was really good. I don't know if both of them live through next episode..... shyt I don't know if thats even a possibility at this point. but this one season of 7 episodes so far have been a lot more informative than entire series that have 5x as many episodes.

Yup, I said earlier that the way he was talking, sounded like he was contemplating suicide. If it weren't for the case, he probably would've already.

I definitely think one of 'em gonna die, if only to drive home the point (in case ppl don't understand yet) that this isn't gonna be a show starring Woody and MM. We'll see though. I hope Rust don't go out like a bytch (suicide). :to:
