Troy Ave and his team show up to perform and a few minutes later an argument and scuffle ensues etc A guy who had started beef through rap for no reason what so ever with "weirdos" and tried to with Ransom but threw rocks then hid his hands

Bruh, this has nothing to do with Troy Ave or his rap antics whatsoever. He runs with a solid clique of nikkas and they just so happened to be in the same venue as guys they had beef with. Nobody is risking life imprisonment to kill Troy over him dissing "weirdo rappers".

They should be checked unless they're security and if they're security then the rapper/manager/label should be responsible for any damages.

Any performer and his entourage should be checked. It's just plain old safety. If you got beef in the streets that's on YOU.

I agree. It seems like that would have kept this whole mess from happening. Especially in Manhattan. It's not like other places where those guys who were denied entry can just post up in the outdoor parking lot and still get it popping. You'd be a fool to chill outside of Irving Plaza for several hours with a strap on you. And if you have a ride to stash your weapon, it's likely in an indoor lot.
