Been reading the thread all week I know this shyt stressful my Houston coli fam keep yall heads up went through something similar in Norfolk as a youngin but nowhere near what you guys are. At the end of the day you can rebuild you can re-buy but only if you're alive keep strong fam.

Taking out baseboards and moulding, cutting out ~2-3 feet of drywall, removing insulation, treating studs with mold prevention chemicals, and removing debris from the flooding.
I have homebuilding experience from working for Habitat For Humanity for a year. I am not a professional contractor, but I have a lot of experience directing volunteers about how to perform these sorts of tasks.
Would be happy to answer any additional questions anyone has about the process.

The homes we have been in so far did not get flooded to a complete inundation level. We cannot even reach those homes in my area yet.
