I was gonna do OT today but I was like naaaaaaah fukk that. I'll just do an 8-8 tomorrow, get my vacation time (we are paid whether we show up or not, vacation time for every hour worked up until you meet your regular shift hours) and get like 3 hours of OT off that then work some extra hours SAT. I'm not dealing with that 610 bullshyt. I think 10 is still down to one lane WB at Eldridge.

Was gonna use Gessner all the way to Spring Branch but I heard something about Gessner/Briar Forrest being closed. plus I know the area btn Gessner and Memorial is prone to flooding

Viral post stating that the city had a secret meeting and they were downplaying the strength of Harvey. Said that the city new there would be widespread totals of over 50 inches of rainfall. Like 180k homes DESTROYED. Anything south of the Katy devastated and washed away. Three days without power. It was swiftly debunked but gained steam again after the flooding occurred.
