They have been issuing mandatory evacuations in some areas.. so those folks have no choice
Then u got people who decided to stay behind when their neighbors were leaving

There are dozens of people stranded out there..waiting to get rescued and moved to shelters

Its getting dark so I hope they get everyone to safety
