typical iwc clickbait bullshyt and of course the marks “outrage” without proper context.

so i just saw the full portion of the interview where they talked about this and the little indian dude on the podcast in a discussion of “heat” in wrestling out of nowhere asked hunter if he could see how trump used wrestling tactics to generate heat in the lead up to his first presidential run and so forth. how else was he supposed to answer? he just said trump is charismatic and likes getting under people’s skin and could see how he used heat to his advantage and then they asked if it was easier to be a face or a heel in wrestling and he said it’s way easier to be a heel.

but of course you guys don’t care about proper context so just keep going at it lol. raw is about to start.

Vince was a racist who once in a while saw dollar signs. He'd go for the Mark Henry Hall of Pain type run. He loved Lashley. He'd run with King Booookaaah. He booked the Bianca vs. Sasha main event. Now obviously he'd always place the Cena or Charlotte types over everyone else but yeah once in a while he'd get it right. Bianca was one of the few who was a bigger star under Vince than she was in NXT
It's crazy to me how this tenure of HHH as booker (and specially the last year) has people forgetting Vince had the book for 3 fukking decades before he started to actually push black talent in the mid 2010's and beyond. Booker's 2002 and 2006 run are probably the biggest exceptions, but I'd be very curious to see how people would react to a King Booker type of run in 2025 (without a guy with Book's charisma to pull it off).

It's a combination of things. Vince put a lot of racist shyt on TV, whites in blackface, racial "jokes", the whole nine. He had Piper and Greg Valentine cutting racist promos. Vince even cut some racist promos himself.

The thing about it is a lot of the shyt from the early to mid 80's is stuff that a lot of people haven't seen and shyt that people tried to say was "a different time" you know how cacs love to make those excuses.

But now we're in 2025 and everything is going to be looked at a lot closer, WWE is a huge conglomerate and politically the two parties have not been further apart. Trump is running an actual far-right authoritarian style government and everything is out in the open with the attacks on black history, black students, healthcare, immigrants etc.. it's all for the world to see.

So I don't think it's forgetting as much as it's blatant from Hunter/TKO.

Breh you yourself are talking about how Vince's positives booking decisions regarding black talent, and 95% of those are in the past decade, lol. So yeah, I'm pretty sure people just want to focus on the "at least Vince" side while not wanting to acknowledge all the shyt he did for 30 damn years as head of creative :pachaha:

Two wrongs don't make a right and I see more than a few brehs going for that just because they wanna shyt on La Nariz.

It's not a "Vince was better" comparison thing as much as discussing those wrestlers illustrates a sharp decline over the last three years. WWE was supposed to be headed in a better direction with the booking and now it's taking several steps back. You can look at the past decade and compare it to now and see the difference.

Oh yeah I forgot about that already. Just there to support the family, who is there to support Trump's agenda of gutting and eliminating DOE because too many kids are getting free meals and being taught about too many non-straight white men in history.

Orange Man took time out of his busy schedule from telling people to inject themselves with bleach to wish HHH a happy 25th anniversary in 2020.

Oh he's definitely showing up at Mania. The only reason I don't think he would is because Mania gets a lot of people coming in from other countries and the rest of the world hates him. There is a big chance he would get bood loudly and his fragile ego couldn't handle it.

Glad you said this because TK pops is a proud donor. TK is just smart enough to stay quiet on politics

Exactly.

I had no doubts Triple K was MAGA, but to openly glaze Trump is stupid, especially after accusations of racist booking.
