I’d venture to say he’s probably just on TRT and Growth Hormone 90% of the time which is safe as long as it’s doctor monitored. There’s also doctors that will prescribe more anabolic compounds for short periods of time. The Rock seems a lot more “big picture” than his contemporaries (Cena and Batista being exceptions) so I imagine him and those other 2 have their health constantly monitored. I know a lot of former and current bodybuilders who use a lot more than wrestlers and have no issues getting frequent blood work and check ups to stay healthy.
