Hunter's apparently a teetotaler and, as far as I know, wasn't a drug guy either. This probably really is a genetic issue, but one exacerbated by PED abuse.

I hate Hunter and all, but I'm not gonna wish death on him or anything. Hope he makes a full recovery.
