Yep, and in 2005 they still had some legit stars and upper level guys around. But since then, they've done their damnest to stymie everyone possible, except Cena and (they hopefully think) Reigns

The Cena formula is the Hogan formula. Build up heels for him to knock down and go over. Problem is

1. Cena is overexposed. Hogan barely wrestled on TV. He'd show up and do an interview or something and that'd be it. He only wrestled at house shows, SNME and the PPVs.
2. The midcarders were all over. They had their own story lines and this is something that continued on throughout the Attitude Era. How can Vince Russo, Ed Ferrara and Vince himself book a solid midcard where everyone is over but 22 writers can't differentiate between Ziggler, Owens, Breeze, Cesaro, etc. Just trading wins every week with no build and no payoffs. Absurd.

You got 3 Hours to work with...enough time for nearly the entire roster to shine/have some kinda role. But yet with all the time they have, they produce nothing but garbage & filler. There should be no more than 3 writers for the show and the wrestlers should have more freedom to do what they want with their character.

Its like once wrestlers make it outta nxt and appear on RAW, they become robotic and less interesting. We all know who the biggest problem is and its the old man thats gone senile n out of touch.

But until the time comes for the old man to step away or pass away....wwe is going to be stuck in mediocrity

@R=G

Please apologize to Phil the gawd for ever mentioning him in the same light as Hickenbottom, Blandy and Cripple H
Well he didn't do anything he said he would...he didn't put asses in seats and wasn't a true difference maker. The internet ACTS like he is but he didn't lead no Austin 3:16 movement. He just left when he wasn't gonna win all the time....
