Real talk he was the first quality heel in a long time who could carry a show. You can't really blame him for being stuck working with hacks like Steiner,Goldberg, and a barely mobile Nash during his run

Why? Outside of the Booker burial who has he truly held back. He was the perfect heel to get babyface heat for Foley and Rock. He helped make guys like Batista and Sheamus. I honestly would go as far to say he did more for guys career then Austin or Rock ever did

Idk, Hunter beating Orton at Mania 25, when Orton was the hottest heel on the roster really halted Randy's momentum.
Also Hunter did Orton no favor when he took the belt off of him a month after Orton won his first world title.
Cripple H is the reason why Cena is dominating the E today. He has no great heel run because it didn't draw..it was just a push against the biggest icons in history. If Jericho and Angle aren't recognized as draws, then he surely isn't. 2003 and 2004 were horrible with him on top.
