I need to see the details of that contract. Vince was doing lines of detergent when he signed Lesnar.

This was Brocks 3rd PPV since he came back, right?

Well I know its not much considering the numbers being poor now days, but Brock bought in 50-60k extra buys from the previous years event. (Extreme Rules & SSlam11)

But as you know when watchin battles especially the URL ones that great performances/battles will kill a crowd for whoever is on next, the rollercoaster effect. They could of easily fitted some BS inbetween the 3 ME matches.

If anything it their time management which is the issue. They have a 4 hour slot and 3 matches took up 70mins of action then the remaining 5 matches took up another 45-50mins. So thats 2 hours of actually inring action, where did the missing 1 hour and 45mins go? The Hof, Special Olympics & Diddy took up what altogether 30mins and then add the entrances thats shouldnt of taken no more than 15-20mins altogether.

This WM may have had the worst time management I've ever seen at a WrestleMania. Certainly the ones I've watched since I started buying them (didn't buy this one, but did buy 23-28).

Cutting matches from 4 hour shows is unacceptable.

If they actually booked guys like Cesaro as important players than they wouldn't need part timers. But since HHH and like 4 others have been going over the entire roster for years they can only resort to bringing in proven draws. They sabotaged their business for years and even though these Mania's are making bank it's not right for business in the long run.

Instead of trying to draw for a whole year they just care about one night and considering the quality of the show itself (29) they don't really much care about anything but the dollars and projecting a mainstream image.

True, they literally put all their eggs in the Mania basket every year now. It's just a "get there and there rest will sort itself out" type feeling.

it can't be said that NY wouldn't give a chance to new faces to the scene.

We are talking about the same NY that was chanting We Want Ryder LOUD as fukk not even 2 years ago at the Survivor series right?

The same NY that was nearly split rooting Punk vs a true legend in Taker?

wrestling fans are creatures of habit, give em a reason to give a fukk about things and they more often than not do. Simple formula, always worked, would still work.

Was listening to Meltzer at work and they pretty much said the same thing. You could tell the timing was off and they rushed through to different matches and it resulted in clumsy finishes and no rest periods between allowing crowd reaction to matches to really fall apart.

its ok to use part timers to draw in casual viewers but you want to showcase other people in the roster too if you want any of them to draw in the future, mixing it up a bit more could make some of the full time wrestlers be more legit stars in the average viewers eyes.

This is what I thought they were gonna do.

With Rock gone, WWE no longer revolves around his title match against Cena which has been the case for two years. This will enable other wrestlers to get more shine. Change is gonna happen and it starts tonight :ahh:

Like I was saying Status, HHH always knows whats right for business. I said that with the Rock gone other wrestlers will get more shine and the change will happen on Raw. And what do you know, Ziggler is the new world champion :salute:

Rock being gone isn't why he's champion. We all figured he was cashing in either last night or Mania..it was the ONLY way to salvage him after he got buried by John Cena for two str8 months.

Let me make I understand this though..the bookers of Raw are handcuffed from pushing a upper midcarder just because the draw of the big show does a 15 minute angle with Brock Lesnar? WTF:laugh:

As always u dont know wt u are talking about

The fact that Ziggler is even in that position to win the title shows that midcarders are getting the push. You dont know that they could have easily made Ziggler lose this opportunity. It is not some unalterable law of nature that the MITB winner has to win the championship. Him finally get there is testament that there is a willingness to push the midcarders.

Again dont know what you are on about. What angle with Lesnar? Is this some sh1t u heard online? By draw of the big show do you mean the man who received boring chants during the ME at WM?

Look I dont have time for your petty dislike for certain wrestlers. I know Ziggler said something negative about Rock last week and since then you have been working overtime to slate him but I dont want to waste my time defending him.

Chosen midcarders are pushed. Remember it was DX that buried Ziggler in the first place back in 2006.

The angle with Brock that was scheduled last night that got canceled because Rock is in Los Angeles.

And its not about time wasted or imagining reasons for why Ziggler has critics...he was a loser all year. Tapping out to the Miz a few weeks ago. A real chump...in truth, this push is out of nowhere and goes nowhere if he cant produce on the mic.

But you have been expressing your hate for Ziggler alot more in the past week and this was when his comments about the Rock surfaced.

A bit like how you turned on Punk almost overnight when he took shots at Rock.

Is this all a coincidence? :vince:

When was I ever a fan of Dolph Ziggler? Everyone was screaming for him to go over Mysterio at Summerslam 09 and he didn't. Never bought into him. Probably never will. He's improved in the ring over the last 15 months in particular. He's not that good.

CM Punk had to throw dirt on the WM 28 main event to get himself over. I didn't turn on him. He just played himself. That's all. You may like guys whining to get attention...I don't.
