Yep. If Hendry wasn't champ then maybe you could tell a story that ultimately ends with Hendy winning at a big PLE, but there's no way in hell you have him lose now. Also it makes absolutely no sense for him to lose to the Miz. The reality is that they wanted to rebuild Miz, but they didn't want to use their own people to do it.
