That aggravated battery with a firearm is what’s gonna have him sitting up for a lil minute because that’s a class X felony 6-30 at 85% time served. Not eligible for any good time.

2nd degree murder is a class 1 felony is 4-20 at 50% time served, you can get probation on that shyt and be eligible for good time but the class X should negate all of that.

I don’t know anything about those other bullet charges, that some newer shyt but the key with that is if they’re running that consecutively or concurrently.

yea, it kinda felt like the cpd was expecting for a not guilty verdict, they had cops posted in certain areas with riot gear on, kids were let out of school early today in anticipation of the verdict, most of us were expecting a not guilty , long way to go for justice, but a win is a win is a win, and we will take it.
