They're on opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to delivery, I guess. Scotts's delivery isn't bad.

travis would be placed higher for me if he continued making music like Days Before Rodeo. Backyard, Grey, Skyfall and Drugs You Should Try are still my favorites.

I don't strictly mean from 2010 onwards, but I'm thinking about that Drake, Kendrick, Cole bracket and so on. Travis' music is just on another fukking level. Drake's music has been poor for the most part and inconsistent and too sappy. Cole is trash. Kendrick is phenomenal. Travis is right up there.

I'm aware the term trash is thrown around like it's nothing now but you can't disrespect Cole like that breh.

I agree with your general sentiment towards Trav though, I initially didn't get the hype but i sat down and spun Rodeo with open ears randomly one day and i'm a straight stan now. I fukk with creativity heavily and I can understand him as an artist very well in the same way i fukk with Ye heavy and get his vision(s).

Travis has a task now of developing his sound even further, he has a niche / cult following for his stuff at the moment but to get to Drake level he needs to show a versatility, new dimension and maturity that will send him clear.

I think it's insane that there's a narrative that he's this top producer or writes his own shyt... with that being said yeah he makes fire tracks but it lacks substance and replay value overtime. The only area where I think he's actually killing it is his performances.
