If you can afford $500 a check you're good. But i find that transferring it to an account in another bank that i dont have access too helps a lot.

Why not just put that money into more investments?

How's everyone's savings looking with Q4 coming to an end soon?

With the purchase of the house in August and soon to purchase a car in the next few days i must say all these expenses have made me slow down a bit. I'm a bit above $8K right now in savings. Not counting the investment account

I can actually believe it. Since I graduated from college and been out in the real world. I've met so many fake ballers its ridiculous. There are so many people who don't have $400 dollars available at anytime. I met nurses that are struggling to meet. Now, majority of the problem is bad money management and fukk up priorities. I knew a chick thats an RN spent $100 on a new dress and $350 on her friends bday party at a club but didn't have enough money to pay her rent. Its no different from a dude that spent $220 on Js but had to skip his electric and cell phone bill.
