i kinda get the feeling trent wont be around much longer, better stack up now
I think hell stick around for one more year. Especially if we don't win the SB this year. He seems happy where he's at rn. It's all about how much he has in the tank ability wise. Jason Kelce and lane Johnson being able to play all the way till their current age is encouraging.

Wow

@South Paw how you feel? The saddest I been for niner coaches was Mariucci and of course Harbaugh.

That’s saddest for departures…if we’re talking saddest overall then the days I saw we hired Dennis Erickson and Tomsula are still tied for number one.

Marinucci had to go. But replaced by Ericsson was retarded. A move where you know it won’t work from jump but you had to sit through it.

The worst was realizing Steve (young) wasnt coming back

Ray Ray is a fumble waiting to happen every time he touches the ball.

Ronnie Bell is younger and -right now- worse version of Ray Ray.

Conley (#84) is a PS body.

We need some talent there because Jauan has shown he can't do much outside of blocking and being a good 3rd option. So when either Aiyuk or Deebo are out, he's a complete non factor. And who knows how the Aiyuk situation is gonna resolve in the off season.
Jennings is a DAWG. You always need that on your team. He catches everything and fights for every yard. He's not going to burn anybody on a go route, but he's a big target over the middle.

I think he'd be a good third option on any team, but the reality is he's more like the 5th option on this team after McCaffery, Deebo, Ayiuk, and Kittle.

Personally I would prefer to not play the Rams. I'm genuinely cheering for the Lions to take them out.
Rams defense is suspect. Their top corner is Akhello Witherspoon. They don't have linebackers that are worth anything. I know the Niners defense can get stops against the Rams offense, but I don't think the Rams defense can get stops against the Niners offense.

fukk the LA Rams. I hope we see them in the NFC championship game so we can return the favor.

That's kinda my point, I love Jauan as a 3rd option and as a 3rd down target but that's his ceiling. He doesn't show up at all when he has to be WR2. I think we gotta start looking for depth in the position because the one we have right now is down right bad and if next season Debo or BA are injured we are fukked.

I'll push back a little. Even when he's WR2, he's still option 4 in this offense. If Deebo or Ayiuk goes out, that just means more targets for whichever receiver isn't hurt, McCaffery, and Kittle. He'll never be option 2 or 3 in this offense, which is what he would need to be to get the type of production you're looking for.

Honestly, any receiver we draft is going to have a hard time getting looks as long as McCaffery, Kittle, and either Deebo/Ayiuk are on this team.

We've seen that not being the case though. In the case of Kittle it's also tied up to him having to constantly help on pass protection so I guess that could change when we finally upgrade the right side of the OL (we fukking better).

When Deebo is out, Jauan is ghost even on 3rd down plays breh. We can't afford to run back the same WR corps next season, it would be crazy to not try to make it better.

I'm not blaming Jauan by the way, I'm just saying that we need more depth because if our WR1 or WR2 are out, we are fukked. I don't ever want to see fukking Ray Ray running the same plays that are meant for Deebo :scust:

I think both teams are flawed enough that either can get the W. And if Hurts finger is banged up, then him vs a limping Baker is gonna be something else.

What's the update on him breh, did he go to another PS or looking for the new XFL or something?

He’s just training right now. He’s got a tryout for the falcons for a futures contract
