I don't know if he knows how to act on the sideline or not but there's something to be said about coming off the field and getting direct coaching instead of relaying messages. Like "ay, coach said you playing like trash breh, tighten up" instead of coach gathering the team up and showing them in real time what he sees and holding folks accountable in real time.
