Bain Capital and the business practices used by these companies in general needs to be addressed. They basically use leveraged buyouts to saddle companies with loans and debt they used to buy the company to begin with, they then suction off all the revenue while not doing anything to actually improve the business.
Without them Babies R Us could have survived if spun off from Toys R Us.
Look at who bought out iheartradio and saddled them with debt, leading to bankruptcy....... Bain Capital. It's what they do.
