The heat through their first 30-35 games weren't all that either and hovered slightly over .500. No patience, aids having bytchass shouldnt worry about the squad sucking...he should just worry about wilbon trying to suck him off when he isn't paying attention.

We all know great hof players have never made good coaches. Look at isiah

Isiah was actually a decent coach though.

We're just gonna have to disagree on Isiah. Bird was a GREAT coach, fukk that "meh" shyt. He took a team to the Finals. And Doc was Coach of the Year before KG/Ray Allen. And I don't even remember Joe D. being a coach, but he was a very good GM (at one point).

You clearly don't remember shyt. Magic never coached Kobe. And I'm pretty sure NVE's referee bump came when Magic came back as a player, because Magic shytted on NVE for doing it and then ended up doing the same thing later in the season.

Joe Dumars put together a team that won a championship and was, at the very least, in the ECF every year for like six or seven years, so clearly he has talent in player management.

And Doc had the same problem ANY coach would have - if you don't have good players, you're not going to win a lot of games. It's a PLAYER'S league, not a coach's league. Hell, Larry Brown is considered by some to be the GOAT, but look at his stint in NYC.

Hell, Mike 'Antoni was called a "genius" by those same people who were calling for Doc's job, and look at him now.
