Assault needs intent to be proven so that will be up to the jury if it gets that far. That's why I am sitting this out and awaiting all the facts

Nothing gonna happen Tuesday, it’s likely just a formal arraignment for his possession case, his first court date since the incident. He’ll go in, plea not guilty, and a trial date will be set.
DA might argue to revoke his bail, but that’s the most eventful thing that could possibly happen Tuesday.

-Tory still didn’t say anything of relevance concerning these charges lol.. He talked all around it. nikka all we want to know is what happened the 5 minutes that led to someone pulling the trigger of his firearm and shooting at Meg. thassit.
-I’m also confused as to why the nikka is expressing his love and groveling at the bloody feet of someone who is try to frame him, ruin his career and his reputation and destroy all his work AND risk him being deported..along with sending the Illuminati on him. That doesn’t make any sense
-In some songs he alludes to her never being shot at all and in others he says that he’s not the one that did it ..somebody shot her nikka even if it’s not you lol you were in the proximity and still a witness regardless of your choice to not snitch, to act like nothing serious happened is some gaslighting bullshyt.

Well that's the issue. If Meg hadn't lied about this situation then nobody would have doubts most likely.. but she has changed the story from two feet to one foot to glass to bullets to fragments.. shyt, something happened to her foot but why is it so difficult to just tell one story as it happened?
Maybe she chose to cap instead. That's a bad move. Just tell the story.
both of them didn’t do themselves any favors.. I’m assuming that when she said she got shot in both feet that a ricochet from the bullets impacting the ground sent white hot fragments flying .. small cuts/grazings on both feet where the shrapnel came in contact with her flesh (I’d imagine it would still feel like being shot) but since she only had a procedure done to the foot with the lodge piece still stuck inside she chose a pic of that as documentation because ppl were questioning if she was shot because she told the cops at the scene it was glass.. that’s conjecture but atleast it’s rational I guess but then again homie shot u and u got back in the car. you would only do that if you thought the shooting was an accident and he was just recklessly shooting near her
I have no comment on the case, but this is one of the best and most passionate hip hop songs I've heard this year.
Album isn't aging well considering.....dude's been charged and will likely get convicted on possession at least. Sh!tted on JR, well, ....JR got himself a ring.

It don't matter who cares or who doesn't. Tory's situation ain't looking too good. He sh!tted on JR, and dude got some serious legal hurdles to deal with right now. I'm still yelling innocent until proven guilty, but it ain't looking good. Meanwhile JR celebrating.
