I have some sisters base in Ottawa and they say a huge reason is this universities are greedy and want to earn as much income as feasible so they are loosening restrictions for international students to study in their schools and raising prices which has gotten the universities record profits and allowed easy entry for any student that has the funds to get into canada, another way i heard is the asylum system is easy to get around and get entry
The Hindu ones are blue collar, go to college and are mostly middle class..they're easier to deal with.
The Muslim ones are enterprising and wealthier and more reclusive and secluded.
Both are full of it and isolationist and will always back their own.

Personal anecdote, but I never had to do extra shyt with Indian and Chinese bosses.
But a white boss has stolen credit and tried to pigeon hole me as a higher performer plenty of times.
