Storm should be african because thats her whole origin and background. It would be kinda
to people worhshipping a white woman as a goddess in africa.Some characters can gender and race swap with no issues because their origins isn't directly tied into their ethnicity but people like Storm and Black Panther should definitely be african. they wouldn't be the same character otherwise. Might as well use an entirely new character if thats the case.
