Edit: And I agree that Storm shouldn't be anywhere near T'challa until both a Storm and BP have been successfully franchised in their own story arcs. It would just be a smashing of two major blk characters together b4 giving each the room their stories deserve.

Who was a mutant. A mutant leader at that. And panther is the king of wakanda. One can't have two masters and seeing as though mutants are willing to shield mass killers because they are killers it's for the best they aren't together.
I'm not seeing how Storm being a prominent mutant has T'Challa "serving 2 masters"...was Storm harboring genocidal mutants IN Wakanda in the comics? Even so, whatever differences they have should make for compelling cinema and since they ended up divorced in the comics it would still be true to source.
Storm always had that Habesha look tho the darkest she ever been painted is brown skinned :gucci:
I don't know if she looked Habesha but yeah she wasn't/isn't that dark or at least not in every depiction

It's not tchalla, it's storm that serves two masters. She can t be queen of wakanda and still a leader of the x-men. One takes priority of the other and seeing as how she let namor live after flooding wakanda, it's obvious where she lies

Yeah, I don't think anybody gives a fukk about that expect you weirdos obsessed with colorism.
You and the other weirdo were the only ones to bring up colorism.
What the fukk does this have to do with movie casting of a fictitious made up character of a character that can fly and control weather?
A character that ALSO has two black parents, and is portrayed as dark-skinned.

Storm shouldn't really be in the sequel unless maybe to tease her. I want to see more of Wakanda, it's culture, weapons, technology, the Panther god/goddess Bast, etc.

It also depends on whether or not they get the mutants by then. I'm sure they'll use the completed Infinity Gauntlet to retcon their history into the MCU or something.

The most important thing with Storm is acting ability, again the BP cast had exceptional acting ability. T'challa, Shuri, Nakia, Okoye, M'baku, Klaue, Killmonger, Everett Ross, everyone was fantastic.

T'challa and Nakia look fine to me for now. I wouldn't mind him ending up with Storm though.

W8, they can introduce Storm as a worshipped 'goddess' as she is mistakenly called in the comics. She brings justice and rain or whatever. Then eventually they find out she is a mutant. This wasn't well thought out nvm.

:rudy: a lot of yall cats are on that tyler perry, BET movie of the week level when it comes to analyzing acting talent

teyana taylor? keke palmer? Marvel ain't about to waste production time on their non acting asses

they'll get naomi harris or Kerry washington - I could see any one of them as storm easily
Kerry Washington is a terrible pick tho, tbh they'll get a unknown actress, JS.

:russ: You think Marvel gonna cast a light skin biracial actress with Nakia and every woman in Wakanda being dark skin, that's a colorism think piece waiting to happen :mjlol:

Man listen.

I'm going off of decent accomplishments and pedigree.

You pure 100% African dudes are absolutely on some other shyt. I'm pretty sure there are non dark skin Africans in Africa.

Answer this specifically.

Are Gugu and Megalyn, who are 50% pure African, deserving of the role?

They are both more African than Boseman.

" Bbbuut according to the coli 23 and me they 48% European so nah breh Marvel gonna disrespect the community and we boycotting that bytch" :mjlol:

Y'all muthafukkas love some LaVar Ball, Kaepernick and Obama ( you know, real people not fictional like this shyt) but now this a problem....now it's unacceptable....now the line in the sand...now only 100% pure black no questions asked.....FOH
