Nah...not that simple. If you want to call Hogan, the most influential in WCW? That's a VERY easy call to make. He flipped EVERYTHING UPSIDE down..the only reason there was a Monday Night Wars was because of his heel turn in the first place but Flair was still a massive draw for years.

:what:

Did you miss the initial post where I said "If this is a strictly kayfabe list"?

I'm not debating who drew what, I'm debating from a kayfabe perspective, Hoegan was #2 in WCW.

Sting holding the top spot, no question, no arguing, no debating.

It was garbage in the sense that it focused on all the horrible shyt and didn't give enough attention to the good stuff WCW did. WCW's mid card and cruiserweight division was the shyt.

But... they did highlight the cruiserweights. I def. recall a part where they included Guerrero/Mysterio/Jericho/Malenko/etc. as a part of what made Nitro hot.

I think there wasn't enough focus on the early-90s if anything. All they seemed to talk about was the different people who were booking at the time, but not the field of talent they had in those years. It was like it went from the late-80s with Dusty/Flair & The Horsemen/Magnum/Sting/Luger... then it just became all about Bill Watts and Ole and Jim Herd... then Eric Bischoff pops up and we're in 1995. Woulda been good to see some coverage of the roster they had around '92/'93, which was incredible.

Breh, they spent enough talking about that stuff, wait for a cruiser weight DVD if you want more of a focus on what was ultimately just filler for heavyweight action

i watched wcw from the time it started til it ended and any list that doent have Flair #1 is a fukking joke

Flair made Sting just like he made alot of other stars in the 80s & 90s

take Flair out of wcw and they would've folded in less then 2 years

Flair didn't make Sting. The fans did. He was the one that got Flair booed when he was getting cheered heading into the 90s. He was the cool heel and they were MUCH more against Flair and the Horsemen when they turned against Sting than the Dusty Rhodes stuff.

??? Are you saying Sting was the cool heel? The Horsemen were faces in '89-'90. They turned heel on him.

No...Flair was the cool heel that flipped and went the other direction. Sting came later and then they turned on him and the Horsemen got more heat than they ever got.
