Barnes is raw as hell. He's got no touch right now, and the jumper is shaky. I think he'll be hidden year one since he's coming off the bench. I get what Masai is trying to do but I still think Suggs was the right pick to make, bad workout or not. Dude fits the team, can actually run an offense and pass the ball with some creativity unlike FVV and can score. Barnes is such a huge project.
Really disappointed by Flynn. Dude plays with so much tunnel vision and has barely set anyone besides Freddie Gillespie, who has nearly dropped every pass, fail to hold onto the ball or missed every shot he's taken in this summer league. Freddie G might be cut if he's still like this by the end of training camp
Precious has played really well btw, looks like his jumper is really coming along too. If he keeps this up, he's gonna get a ton of mins this year

Only difference I can see now is one guy is more a traditional big and the other more of a stretch (that can't shoot).
There skill sets are in the same ball park.

Solid game by Barnes, started off slow but overall great game. Efficient, great defense, good passing. 23 points 5 boards 4 assists 2 blocks

precious will only be 22 next year and only started playing basketball like 9 years ago.
