Do the right thing, to me, is absolutely one of the greatest flicks ever made man. It's powerful, it's consistently relevant, it's funny, it's dramatic, it's a perfect encapsulation of a time and a city, and of course the music. It's just perfectly executed. Even the ending in all its ambiguity as far as who's right and who's wrong

10) Big Trouble In Little China
9) An American Werewolf in London
8) Ferris
7) Full Metal Jacket
6) The Terminator
5) The Fly
4) Blade Runner
3) Blue Velvet
2) The Thing
1) Temple of Doom :lolbron:

A lot of classics left off tho :mjcry:

Maybe in a parallel universe, Aliens, Die Hard, Back To The Future, Ghostbusters, The shining, Trading Places, Airplane, Bettlejuice, King of Comedy all make it :jbhmm:

:lupe:Maybe breh, but the only movies I remember watching from the 80's growing up were action, adventure and some comedies.

Most of those dramas I never seen or seen only once if it was on cable or we made it a Blockbuster night.:banderas:
:leostare:Let's see your list breh. or Top 5. You already fukked around and put a Drama at #1 for GOAT movies from the 80's "MARTY MCFLY".:scust:

Still working on it breh lol. I just know that's number one because it's that good. Drama or not, that movie belongs on any list talking about the greatest of the 80s. I wanted to make sure other stuff besides the action and comedies which could easily be my whole list got some shine. Trying to figure out if Raging Bull gets a spot right now
