Gene Deal said Ja Rule was up in a room together with just towels on, I believe Gene 
Was 50 signed and having money behind him with his pre-Aftermath mixtape buzz? If so then yea, that's industry plant. The public story is he got hot on his own independently after he got shot and dropped, and then had a bidding war and signed with Aftermath. If there was a label behind him spending a bunch of money in that pre GRODT time, that's a plant.

that doesn't make any sense whatsoever. People today are throwing around that term "industry plant' too loosely today. I saw a video on youtube that said Kid'n'Play were industry plants. I don't know if it was clickbait, but I refused to click on it. I never listened to Ja Rule albums or bought them, but I'm not buying this bullshyt.
