Tyga's lawyer, Lee Hutton, tells TMZ he believes the rapper is the victim of a conspiracy designed to "maliciously shame" him. While the photos are authentic -- you can see some of his tattoos -- Tyga's lawyer believes the person he sent them to betrayed him ... and used them to manufacture a fake story.

The blog that posted the pics is claiming Tyga sent them to a transgender model.

Hutton thinks that's also offensive because ... "The allegations are false and socially irresponsible during a time when many Americans are celebrating equality."

It's a clear reference to Caitlyn and the Supreme Court decision, and Tyga and Hutton's point is -- don't use transgender issues as a punchline.

I know the term, a girl I used to know from school is a pansexual. The thing is, a pansexual could be attracted to anyone, including men, so there aren't a lot of straight dudes who would take up that term as their own if they were to entertain dating a transgender woman. And if I'm being honest, I think one of the reasons why for some of those guys who otherwise would is that they don't want to be shamed by other men

Not being attracted to someone who does not have the genitalia that you prefer is NOT transphobic. Just like you not being into homosexuals does not make you homophobic.

You might be called transphobic if the person has had SRS and just the thought of a transsexual disgust you, but if it's because you want biological children with a woman NO ONE reasonable would call you transphobic.

I did ask some people about it who are more knowledgeable about this stuff, they said it would make me transphobic, because I don't see them as a woman . The argument was that if she was perfect and you were attracted, you'd only not date her because she has a dikk - children obviously changes the game though because transgender women cannot bear children. It's a tough one to entertain, and a tough one even admitting to discussing with others on a forum like this, where anything makes you homo .

Either way, I'm at peace with being seen as transphobic by some. It's unfortunate, but I'm just not that enlightened .
