Ward made a poor choice in going out on that track like that but why was a multi-millionaire, world class driver attempting to intimidate a dirt-track driver any ways
you have as much proof he was intimidating him, as i do that it was an accident, or the idiots do who think he gunned his engine with intent to run the guy over and kill him.
no one knows what the fukk happened. we're going off a clip of 20 feet of track, with no vision of what happened a few seconds beforehand, and some eyewitness reports with such facts as the kid flying "50 yards." eyewitness reports are always sensationalized. im anxious to see if they release the gopro footage. probably won't

So let me get this straight.. another driver was able to avoid Ward Jr. right.. so you have idiots saying "another driver almost hit Ward too!" No, the driver swerved out of the way and avoided him. So then tell me.. why Stewart, who already had beef with Ward, and is also a fukking Sprint Cup champion, couldn't do the same? 
I'm not so sure those cars would have cameras. I could be wrong tho.
On topic: dude hit that kid on purpose, I know he was probably just trying to clip him maybe, but he's gotta suffer the consequences. We don't want any thugs in sports now do we? You can't just decide to get pissed off and go drift racing into people.

No it's not. I've been watching various forms of racing my entire life and have done some myself and never has getting out of the car during a race been a normal occurrence.

Sad situation that could have easily been avoided. RIP to the youngster. This just goes to show that death is always right around the corner. I've been watching this video and imagining his last seconds. He had no clue it was about to be THE END.

Yea, he probably tried to scare him then killed him on accident.
But there won't be any Legal consequences for Tony to suffer.
The only revenge will come from what the kids family or friends is willing to do.
Just another example of life being random and Karma not being real.
People please understand it was a caution flag out, Stewart had no reason to blip the throttle when he did. He could've avoided him, I expect him to be charged with some sort of crime.
