It does look like he was just trying to intimidate the kid and caught a body by accident.

you have zero idea if he was trying to intimidate him (if he was, by nearly missing him with a car, that's certifiable) we see a car come into frame, no clue where it comes from, it's a dirt track. just b/c the blue car was able to slow doesn't mean the guy behind him car

You also can't just blame it on the kid when damn near every racer has done the same thing at some point (Even in dirt since that's your only defense ) That's a RACING problem. How many times have you seen a fight break out after a race? Their sport allows them to throw helmets and get out of their cars in the middle of a race.

this is exactly why people are going to be quick to call "murder" b/c Stewart is a hot head, and it's still incredibly stupid. and we're both full of shyt if we say we watch dirt races, but there's no chance a guy standing in the middle of a live race is commonplace.
