All mobster stuff aside you need a couple of things to happen if you want a social like like that (minus the criminality).

Your own business Is key bc when you have a business you control people either want to be around you for jobs and influence or other business people want to be around you bc you’re in a similar tax bracket.

have a magnetic personality with lots of charisma and confidence. Everyone loves being confident and being around confident people. I’m fairly charismatic but I can also be pretty reserved but I have some friends that are extremely charismatic and can move in and out of any room or situation and meet all walks of life and make friends easily.
