Waynestock was a failure until he abandoned it, then did the ending for Thelma and Louise, and wished it away for a happy ending.

You want an owner and operator to be legit excited about his business
But is dude really the only booker in the company?!?
I’m not saying he should hire writers, and that EVPs shyt creates a conflict of interest not needed for the company
TK could give ideas and direction, then just have a couple of competent guys get the book, and Tony can tweak and finalize angles and ideas as needed
Mugs starting to complain about not having as much access to Tony as they once did. Should they though, considering his position? I understand why it wasn’t easy to just mosey on into Vince’s office to talk about your character’s direction
