I saw plenty of her in Stardom before she signed with WWE, matter of fact I bet I'm the first poster who ever mentioened the name Toni Storm on this forum.

I'll go ahead and say I don't think she's a great (or even good) wrestler. She's slow as shyt, painfully unathletic, and tries to do that British chain wrestling style but isn't good at it. When I think of Toni Storm wrestling the first thing that comes to mind is her trying to do a suicide dive, catching the middle rope and faceplanting to the floor. That particular botch is like a signature move of hers, and kind of sums her up. She tries, but she's just too clumsy and uncoordinated to be a good wrestler.

I asked around and my sources confirmed to me that Toni Storm did fly out last night following the WWE Live Event, and added that she paid out of her own pocket to fly herself home. I was told, “Turns out, Toni didn’t exactly request her release… she just up and quit. Worked a triple threat at a house show last night and then paid out of her own pocket to fly herself home.”

Additionally, it was stressed to me that “WWE handling it as her asking for her release and then them granting it, because after so many talents were released due to “budget cuts” this year, it’s like “meh.” “

damn...I wont speculate but i will say its a stressful time of the year to be away from loved ones and working... especially if you dislike certain circumstances in the workplace.

This. I've been watching her for years waiting to see this great wrestler she's supposed to be. I don't see it. Rhea lapped her in their time in the E and she was clearly more hyped than Rhea when they first got there.

Maybe she saw the writing on the wall with a lot of the talent she came in with being released. After seeing that the powers that be are going back to their original formula of "models and gymnasts", she probably just and said fukk it. Can't blame her because it felt like after her win at Evolution, she kinda just languished.

But you can say she wasn’t great in ring or WWE is cutting the fat or whatever but you have to acknowledge that all of a sudden none of the people they hired over the last few years have not really worked out. Especially the younger talent. There has to be something said about their inability to either hire the right people or make stars out of the people they hired.

There is no good reason for their turnover rate to be this high right now. We can argue about who and why these people were cut but we have to agree the writing has been awful the past two years outside of a handful of talent.

If Roman, Lashley, Seth and the new day were all on the same roster along with Sasha Becky and Charlotte then the shows would be decent to good every week since they are normally the most entertaining segments. But as it stands both shows suck and continuing to cut potential stars is NOT helping
