That 9TF rumor is looking unfounded now and points to Sony being either 11~13t

If PS5 is 13TF it's gonna be fun bumping some old threads and quoting some folks who were dead set on PS5 being 9TF. If the shyts are literally 12~13TF both will be very powerful and all that bickering and concern trolling will be funny in hindsight.

You were also convinced the SSD would offer gameplay advantages that xbox and PC couldn’t even match

You would never admit the SSD will be a game changer because you would then have to acknowledge the PS5's advantage in that area and how it relates to how developers can finally let go of the dated world/level design based around 5400RPM hard drives. Even PC games don't offer better as devs make games for hard drives so SSD only offers faster load times which is only a smidgen of what it can offer when it's the baseline. In a way a PC gamer with a fast NVME SSD claiming there's no real benefit would still be incorrect as those games are still made for parity with slow HDs.

It's why direct storage is something that exists now because it was aimed to be like how the PS5 was advertised.

I came in here to say that Xbots were HOPING that the Github leak was true and it turns out it was wrong and the nikka named TF was actually right down to the T when NO one was saying what he said. Even then, PS5 vs. XSX has the same disadvantages Pro had vs. 1x
Slower CPU, less bandwidth, slower GPU etc.

This will genuinely impact it's performance and it could be huge in real world performance.
On paper X1X should only be 30% better than Pro but because it's various disadvantages
there are times where X1X performs 50% to 70% better than Pro on average.

The Engineers at Microsoft deserve a pat on the back for creating the most powerful machine
for the second time in a row since the 360 days.

Underclocked don’t matter 12TF is 12TF.

And again. If anything it will perform better than a 12TF card on PC. Just as the 6 tf X1X does.
