Several months ago when Hogan's Beach got blasted for having a dress code that it was claimed was racist (which was a stretch), Hogan said that they just used his name and he didn't really run the place. Well, as it turns out, according to local records, Terry Gene Bollea is both an owner and a registered agent for Hogan's Beach.
Nik Richie, the publisher of TheDirty.com, who listened to what was said on all the sex tapes said that besides the Hogan usage of the N word being dubbed over on the tapes, that also dubbed over was Hogan badmouthing then-wife Linda and blaming her for "F***ing up my MTV show." The Enquirer description of how everything went down is that they contacted Hogan on 7/23 and asked for a comment on the story they were about to break. They said it was Hogan, not them, who alerted WWE and WWE immediately ordered everything related to Hogan to be taken off the web site. The belief is that the tapes that were stolen from Bubba the Love Sponge by an ex-employee, alleged to be Keith Davidson, led to an extortion attempt where the man with the tapes tried to get Hogan to sign off on the release and marketing of the tapes and saying they all could make big money from it, and thought he could get Hogan to agree to it by threatening to publicly release the incriminating parts, knowing it could destroy Hogan. Information in this past week's Figure Four Weekly stated that there was a recorded phone call on December 14, 2012, between a person who is believed to be Davidson, and David Houston, Hogan's attorney. The FBI did not prosecute Davidson. The story said that Hogan and Davidson did sign a deal.

HULK HOGAN'S next steel cage match might be behind real bars!

In a shocking twist to the racist wrestler’s sordid saga, The National ENQUIRER has learned that the Hulkster could land in jail after being accused of lying under oath!

Court transcripts reveal that the exiled WWE champ allegedly made conflicting statements to the FBI and to lawyers for the website Gawker.com.

If true, that means Hulk is guilty of either perjury or obstruction of justice, depending on whether he lied to the website’s attorneys or the feds, said legal experts.

“Any way you slice it, either one of those exposes him to criminal liability,” said Javier Solano, a former assistant district attorney in Brooklyn, N.Y.

As The ENQUIRER reported in a blockbuster world exclusive, Hulk was caught spewing a string of disgusting racial slurs on an unauthorized sex tape.

On the tape, Hulk bemoaned how a “billionaire black guy” had funded his daughter Brooke’s fledgling music career.

“I don’t know if Brooke was f---ing the black guy’s son … I mean, I am a racist, to a point, f---ing n-ggers,” Hulk raved, according to a transcript of the conversation provided to The ENQUIRER.

After we exposed that racist diatribe, the WWE booted Hulk within hours.

Now he’s seeking revenge.

Lawyers for Hulk – born Terry Bollea – have asked a judge to help them “find out who was responsible for disseminating highly confidential information” – referring to the transcript provided to The ENQUIRER.

The audiotape excerpts were initially obtained by Gawker’s legal team through a Freedom of Information Act request to the FBI.

But Hulk’s camp wants the judge to allow an independent electronic forensic expert to comb through Gawker’s entire computer network in the hopes of uncovering a mole.

Hogan’s lawyer whined in a July 30 hearing that the judge is “literally, [Hulk’s] only hope for justice,” adding: “His career is done.”

A Gawker rep told The ENQUIRER: “No one from Gawker had any role in leaking that information.”

Meanwhile, it’s the legal wrangling surrounding the tape that experts say could prove Hulk’s real undoing!

After Gawker posted a portion of the tape in 2012, Hulk slapped the site with a $100 million civil suit, claiming it violated his right to privacy.

In fighting the suit, Gawker demanded the FBI provide details of its investigation into a blackmail attempt involving the sex tape.

According to transcripts obtained by The ENQUIRER, during a July 2 hearing, a Gawker attorney told the judge that he’d learned Hulk made statements under oath during a deposition and to the FBI that are “directly at odds with one another.”

The lawyer, Seth Berlin, continued: “So we have a situation... where the key participant, the plaintiff, is telling us one thing under oath and telling the FBI something else.”

Solano, now a criminal defense attorney, said: “He’s insinuating that Hogan committed perjury in one of those proceedings.”

Anthony Brooklier, a California defense attorney, added: “That’s how Martha Stewart got nailed. It wasn’t insider trading that put her in jail. It was the lie she told to the cops."

If Gawker’s claims are true, it means “he either lied to the feds or during the deposition with Gawker.”

Either way, disgraced Hulk could lose his freedom!

Hulk was also devastated by the death of his close friend and fellow pro wrestler Rowdy Roddy Piper, 61, who died July 30 of a heart attack.

good luck in the yard terry

According to Hogan, he will still be included in the WWE 2K16 video game. WWE pulled Hogan from all current material and future projects when the racist comments scandal broke several weeks ago. 2K Sports also issued a statement confirming Hogan would not be in the game. However, Hogan wrote this comment on Facebook this week, indicating that he believes he will still be in the game:

"I still in the game. HH"

411MANIA | Hulk Hogan Good Morning America Interview Highlights and Video

– Former WWE Superstar Hulk Hogan appeared on ABC’s Good Morning America for an interview where he addressed his racist rant scandal. He was interviewed by Amy Robach, which was recorded last Thursday (August 27). You can check out some highlights and a video of the interview in the player below:

Hogan on wanting forgiveness: “Oh my gosh, please forgive me. Please forgive me. I’m a nice guy. I’m not the Hulk Hogan that rips his shirt off and bang, bang slams giants. I’m Terry Bollea. I’m just a normal man.”

Hogan on why he is not a racist: “No, I’m not. I’m not a racist. I never should have said what I said. It was wrong. I’m embarrassed by it, but a lot of people need to realize that you inherit things from the environment and when I grew up, it was South Tampa…it was a rough neighborhood, very low income, and all my friends…we greeted each other saying that word. The word was thrown around like it was nothing.”

Hogan on if he inherited a racial bias: “I would say that is very fair. The environment I grew up in….all my white friends, all my black friends, to hear that word on a daily basis. That’s how they would greet me in the morning. ‘Good morning, so and so.’ I think it was part of the culture and the environment that I grew up in.”

Hogan on being forgiven by his daughter Brooke: “If anyone should have disowned me, it should have been her. She should have been the one to throw me out like the trash. Instead, she showed me more love than anybody.”

Hogan on how you should not throw someone aside for making a mistake: “Just because a person makes a mistake. You don’t throw them away. If everybody at their lowest point was judged on one thing they said and all of a sudden their entire career was wiped out because of one thing they said, 10 or 20 years ago, it’d be a sad world. People get better every day. People get better.”
