Then we get it back after we beat y'all. We know it's gonna be a revolving door. Just need those we beat to do their part and hope Oregon loses or wins close and their SOS goes to shyt. Gonna be hard considering everyone on their sched has a winning record

"Brief" notes an random thoughts

- O'Leary second series. Five yard out, perfect ball placement. Won't see a better throw for a freshman than that

- was getting on Pruitt about blitz packages but the one where Joyner gets strip, 7 men in box and Brooks and Joyner both blitzed. Shows difference between Boyd and Winston. Didn't even recognize he had one on one coverage

- said it in game thread, Dabo looked like he had no idea what to do when he was interviewed going into halftime

- Telvin played like a man possessed

- Darby baited the shyt outta Boyd on his pick; don't know who's faster out of him and Joyner but would love to see him at the Star position

- stat sheet won't show it but gotdamnyaman Jernigan dominated his match ups where it was one on one

- convinced now, PJ William is our best cover corner. Takes shytty angles when supporting the run game but in coverage :wow: Should've played Watkins on his inside on that one TD he gave up, great catch tho

- Ramsey nose for where the play is going is amazing; doesn't get fooled easily. just a freshman :blessed:

- I think Kelvin is finally getting "it"......for only 60+ yards seemed like he had way more

- Kermit is returning one against NCST. Bet on that

- Greene is a legit candidate for the Bilitnekoff, O'Leary for the Mackey, Jameis for the O'Brien and Heisman, Aguayo for Groza......that's the difference from the dark decade when you'd recruit just for stars an this one where they develop

- underrated play of the game: 2&8 at 13 min mark of second quarter, Clemson driving...Telvin tackles RB on swing pass, gets loose reverses field, Telvin chases him down and makes tackle. So instead of 3&7-8, was 3&16. Won't get much praise but fukkin loved that play.

- pretty damning comment: RT @DanWolken: Joyner: "You look at last year you have a bunch of talent, but you have talent with no belief. We lacked leadership."

Dabo was a defeated man. Me being the humanist that I am, a part of me almost felt bad for him, almost. :pachaha:

That was a big play by Telvin. We knocked them out of field goal range and stopped their momentum.

That quote by Joyner is telling, man. We were stacked last year, but it never really came together for whatever reason. We never really clicked outside of the games against patsies and the second half of the Clemson game. Leadership is something Jameis has really brought to the team and it looks like it was the missing ingredient. Good teams have a player who is like Diddy in those Reebok commercial with Calvin Johnson, "Media pressure, put it on me. Photo shoots, put it on me." And more times than not, that dude has to be the QB. It's good to have players like that like on the defensive side of the ball, but the QB is the linchpin. Like Pacino told Willie Beamon in Any Given Sunday, "They have to look at you and believe, because you make them believe." We got our Cap Rooney y'all. Our Joe Kane. :wow:

I hope we hang 60 on NCST. I want sweet payback

We're going to run it up. We need the style points. And with BB coming back along with all the former players, NCST beating us last year, and them sucking, NCST is in for a long ass day. We're going to put on a show for Bobby.
