I believe it's more IT and lower level people having access to shyt and leaking. Again, they weren't getting caught in many situations in the past, but now it's about to get tougher.

You gotta work yourself up to contract and NDA status so people in those positions are not gonna fukk up their company's relationships and their own checks by doing so.

Some companies upload their shyt early to the YT servers for their Official YT Pages. You are kidding yourself if you think these Nintendo Directs, State of Plays, etc are uploaded the same day

Just recently the sony state of play was completely leaked, last year the last of us part 1 remake, a lot of the switch 2 and Nintendo stuff has been leaking through it. Etc.
