The top story says that the man simply asked for the cop to move his vehicle, which was blocking his driveway.

The bottom story says the man confronted the officer because he was writing a ticket to his daughter in law, and he "didnt like the way the officer was speaking to her"

The first story would be outrageous. The second story implies something completely different.
