I am trying to lose weight over the summer so that one day I can be one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time one day. I am currently at 221 pounds, a month ago I was at 230 something, so I'm getting there.
For exercise I take walks all around the cul de sac and past an elementary school I used to go to, which usually takes me an hour or 2 because I go through the whole entire cul de sac and take the long way back home. And before walking I work out by doing 20 something things for 10 lifts and 10 seconds each on each side. After I take a shower of course. I always listen to music while I do it because I get bored easily and I always try to listen to new songs each time.
Also I decided that after class i would always walk home, and also we'll be going to golds gym every week for pe now so ill have more stuff to exercise with, they have weights a sauna a pool showers, they have a lot of stuff there, also i decided ill be walking to the golds gym as well, they said itll be 10 minutes away from nova.
The only problem that I have really is that I eat too much. And by that, I don't mean I eat too much food, I don't eat that many foods really, I just eat too much of the same stuff, too much cheese, too much spaghetti, too much chicken tenders or breasts, heheh, but still, that's the only problem really.
I also have a bigger weight set but we haven't set that thing up yet because my mom wants us to put that in the basement which she wants to be cleaned before hand. I put down that I wanted to be 180 pounds by July 12th since that's when my class ends at.
So what I'm trying to ask is, what do you guys suggest I do in order to lose weight and if its possible to do what I'm trying to do?
