Nelo said Spence can come see em at 168. I bet you Nelo would take the fight too. He likely got respect for Spence - for putting in that work. If you on my level, then you better put in work like me. Ain't no chilling. You got my type of capabilities, then you gon be held to the same standard
Years too late in making that fight happen now. Spence took too long chasing those other welterweights around and Canelo went up way too high for Errol to catch him in the appropriate amount of time it takes to jump up several weight classes. Both fighters have but so many years left to get it done and I just don't see it happening now.

Agreed but I also feel like Spence, while leaner, walks into the ring at about 168 lbs anyways. The fight could happen, Spence just won’t have to cut weight. Spence is probably naturally the larger man. Definitely taller. He’s just able to cut weight and make 147 due to his body type. He also spars with big guys all the time. If you saw both men side by side when not in camp and at a party or something, you would naturally think Spence was the 175lb fighter.
It wasn’t that long ago that Canelo fought at 160. He’s fighting 175 right now. Not entirely impossible for Spence to fight at 168 lbs for a legit super fight.
If he fights Uysk, he gets knocked out. All you little Mexican fans with your what if scenarios on his toughest challenges are hilarious...he's gonna knock out Benavidez..knock out Andrade...Beterbiev...Uysk...but refuses to fight them. Got a ton of time to fight Yildrim and Rocky Felding. Smoke and mirrors.Even if he did fight him and won you’d STILL claim he’s afraid and ducking wack ass Charlo
Actually they are the same size...Spence is probably taller. And he wouldn't murder Spence at all...he ain't ever fought anyone that good in their prime since Mayweather in 2013.

On one hand that's more guaranteed money than PBC was offering, on other hand that 3rd fight probably going be a cash grab
Canelo booked till 2023 but it's already May. 3 fights in a little over 6 months still commendable even if the last fight might be some bullshyt

Yeah they've kicked around some pretty poor names for the third fight (got a feeling it'll be John Ryder,) but it sounds like it's meant to be a showcase fight in either Mexico or England.
Canelo's year, barring injuries or upsets, will consist of Bivol in May, Golovkin in September, and a third fight in December. I wish other top fighters were that active.
Some possible fights mentioned are Makabu, Ryder, Beterbiev or winner of Buatsi vs Richards.

Canelo was losing agaisnt Kovalev prior to the KO, legit wouldn't shock me if Bivol gets a tko on him.
