expected. Because Stiemsma's still and RFA, Boston has 3 days to match, though they're not expected to. They were considering rescinding their offer anyway.

What's crazy is that this is his 2nd stint on the team technically.

We're also still talking to Willie Green, Brandon Rush and Dominic McGuire and inquiring about Robin Lopez (surprised he hasn't been signed yet)

Not sure on the contract terms, but I'd be shocked if the per year numbers are over $3 mil (and that's assuming we overpaid).

Roy and Shved most likely will be introduced this week.

As it stands now, the roster is at 14, if you wanna still include Tolliver, that's 15. Unless we make a trade, we're only gonna make one more signing.

Last summer league game is tomorrow vs. Memphis. T'wolves are 3-1.

D-Will has 50 FT attempts in 4 games.

Something in Wes has clicked in terms of the shooting, rotation on the shot, and aggressiveness. That said, cut him.

Coby Karl and Mr. 105 have played very well.

Adelman likes Prestes, but he's at least a year or two away, and probably the guy that comes in to be Pek's long term backup.

According to Jon Krawczynski, we're also looking at AK47, though odds of that are slim. Much more likely to sign Ronnie Brewer.

4-1 record. Well done.

To sum up what Kahn said:

He doesn't view Derrick as either a 3 or a 4. He's simply a forward. He thinks he's a tweener that could struggle against bigger 4's but thinks offensively he should progress. It's defense that he needs to work on.

He thinks Wes has had a bounce back week in Vegas.

As for Love's comments, he said he last talked to him a week ago and last talked to Rubio 2 days ago. He thinks that Love feels he's the only one "lost in the wilderness". In a very nice way he basically said Love needs to stop feeling like he's only one wanting to get better.

He's got a bunch of moves lined up he says but can't reveal them just yet. He did say that Roy, Stiemsma, and Shved are gonna be on the team, just gotta work out Shved's details a bit more.

Lastly, he said Rubio's rehab is going well. He can fly to and from spots and that his next visit to Colorado is next month to get a checkup. Rubio feels he can run now, but doctors won't let him take that chance. He said Rubio has 3 members of the Wolves staff every time Rubio goes back to Spain and when he's here he rehabs in Minneapolis

Barring a major deal or shakeup, opening night's gonna be

C Pekovic (his rehab's going well, he should be 100% ready for training camp)
PF Love (in the Olympics so he's good)
SF Derrick Williams (tentatively. I could see Adelman going with Budinger or Wes)
SG Roy (he'll have a minutes cap, but I can see him winning the job)
PG Ridnour (or Barea if one gets moved by opening night)

Also, it sounds like Will Conroy either has a spot on the training camp invitee roster or an actual spot on the team. Nobody really knows but people are talking like Conroy's got a spot on the 15 man roster, which means Ridnour or Barea HAS to go.

One more tidbit: sounds like we're passing on Willie Green to sign someone else. Who that is? I don't know.

Best case scenario for any kind of big trade is after the Olympics. For who? Not sure. All I know is that Rick's really like :childplease: at Derrick as a SF.
