i know for me...sticking to the work-out and diet is big thing...it definitely brings out confidence...its not all about muscles

I guess subconsciously, but I never internalized being shape that way. More or less, there's an obesity and chronic disease epidemic present throughout contemporary society. This is largely due to the abundance people living sedentary lifestyles, which are reinforced by a lack of exercise and malnutrition. Getting the gurls should always be a secondary objective, simply because it comes with territory of taking care of yourself...

Dude is on point. Don't listen to what women say...watch what they do. Women love men with muscles. A meathead will still pull more women than an in shape skinny dude in some parts of the country. When I was lifting a lot and I got that extra "muscle mass" :russ: I was definitely attracting more chics, especially fast chics just like he said. If you are used to getting girls you can decipher if a chic is feeling you just because of your looks or into you. When I was really cut up and muscular, girls didn't trust me as much although they would still give it up. It makes sense though, most dudes don't want to wife up dimes either because we don't want the headaches that their attention can bring plus many are messed up mentally because they have been getting so much attention which leads to more bad experiences than many more average girls. They also can feel entitled as well.

majority of women like an in-shape man...nothing too extreme tho....

having stamina and strength, and being able to pound your woman into the mattress and to sleep>>>>>>>>than 5 minutes of lack-luster pumping because you cant support your own weight.....

lifting weights 3x's/wk will work wonders....smarten up brehs
