Just to harp on a minor point outside of the usual things that get pointed out in these threads, one thing I have noticed from my experience is that women love dudes with muscles because a LOT of women (hell, people for that matter) aren't completely happy with their own bodies, no matter how good they look. That's a given though. It's hard for them out here.
They admire the discipline and gravitate toward a dude that other people admire, that looks like he knows what he's doing with his health or who strikes them as being able to do what a lot of people can't. Chicks just want to be down with someone that's successfully accomplished something hard. They find that shyt sexy.
Ask any dude that works out, you're always going to hear "Where do you workout? What do you do? Can you show me? Train me? What should I do?"
and if you sound like you know what you're talking about....they're
