Crazy that both AZ & LA had 10 point comebacks against SF within the past month and it's been 3 years of Seattle getting smacked around. Every game since this iteration of Geno took over plays out the same.
i was so happy they passed on getting russ back, he owned the niners so bad

Tua, Herbert, Love, Lawrence, Watson, Prescott, Stafford, Hurts, Daniel Jones are that much better than Geno? :mjlol:

All of these guys are hit or miss and I'd rather pay Geno 25 than be trapped paying them 50.
Apart from Watson and Jones, all those guys are better than Geno.

I didn't say they weren't better. I asked if they were that much better. Mahomes, Lamar, Burrow, Allen are indeed way better than Geno and all of these other guys. But those other qb's listed are simply not yet worth $25 million more than a Geno level qb. And they certainly are not deserving of top 4-5 qb money. It's a value discussion. People want the brand new QB and when he becomes like any of those guys listed, they complain about the hefty salary the team has to pay them. If my team isn't a surefire superbowl contending team, I'm okay with a Mayfield, Geno, Darnold, etc for much less until we can find someone who is that much better.

You want to win? Force Geno into passing a lot. Pick machine.

As long as Geno is the QB, we will keep beating the Hags.
especially against the Niners. Geno has been a solid qb this season but something about Niners pressure always makes him be erratic rush throws and just fold.

this is a very close game if those turnovers dont happen

Geno is a bargain at what he is being paid
I think the broader question is when does seattle try to compete for it all again

cuz I actually think Geno carved out a role for himself, but hes 34 so he doesnt have a ton of time left in the league. hes got maybe a couple of years and is probably going to be looked more of a bridge QB soon. upside isnt really there

ie, I think theres a reason he took such a value deal from Seattle...

edit: apparently it was Geno's birthday tonight

A lot of experts like Geno. Haven’t heard anyone hate in him lately.

Just a solid QB far from the top 3 best, far above the weak ones too. A problem I see is that he’s getting too confident, and not afraid to throw bonehead passes. But that’s also what gets him his yards

This is why I was so confident. He is legit scared of us.

You haven't watched Hurts this year he's been horrendous
I agree on everyone else although Love has been very high variance himself this year turning over the ball a ton
Hurts got kellen Moore as an OC im cutting him a break plus his WRs been hurt

DK Metcalf. 11 targets. 3 receptions for 48 yards. Against a lot of backup corners...

Dude leaves alot to be desired as a receiver.
And needs to be obsessed with the JUGS machine.

3 big plays where any top receivers makes those plays all the time.

1. Sideline out pattern- he has his hands in the wrong position, instead of trying to snatch it out the air, he has his hands in a body catch position and crosses himself up.
The corner was playing inside, perfectly thrown ball, he catches that and turns up the sideline he's gone for a TD.

2.TD out of bounds.- no awareness of the out of bounds line. Dude left foot was on the ground and instead of straightening his right leg backwards so his toes drag as it comes down, dude tries to plant it forward/straight down, and steps out of bounds.

3. Deep shot down the middle of the field- doesn't track the ball properly and again positions his hands for a body catch, instead of slowing down and going up to highpoint the ball with his hands, safety knocks the ball out.
