My son had same as Shareef. Heart defect detected randomly when he was 8. He had open heart surgery to repair the issue and he's good now. This was about 5 years ago. Scariest shyt ever.

I wonder if it’s a vascular web or something that developed suddenly? When I see young athletes with things like this and I know he’s had physicals it leaves me concerned for some of those issues.

But more importantly it could be something as simple as supplementation and dehydration. We all had that home boy who put us on NO Explode or Nitrotech or worse.
