Cardiac arrest is more severe than a heart attack. With cardiac arrest the heart stops beating-you are dying/dead at the moment if medics aren't there to revive you on the spot.

A heart attack is blockage of an artery/loss of oxygen supply/heart cells began to die but the heart is usually still beating.

I forget the exact number but it's something insane like you are 40,000 times more likely to get heart problems FROM COVID than you are from the vaccine.
