That is Skip Bayless. He and Stephen A had a show together a while back.
Skip is a die hard Manny fan and hates Floyd. He legit was tweeting Manny got robbed in the Floyd fight and scored the fight for Manny.

When Colin Cowherd was at ESPN he said he gets asked about Skip all the time because he comes off as crazy. Said it isnt showmanship, dude is like that. If Skip says something he actually believes it, he doesnt make opinions up for ratings.

Basically Skip has made a career marketing himself as the guy with terrible opinions, but people have turned in because they want to hate on his dumb ass opinions.
